Pros
The only thing that kept me with this employer for over 15 years was the good benefits package rarely offered by others employers. Unfortunately PROS stop here.
Cons
This used to be nice place to work some long time ago. Huge competition made this corporation to make dirt cheap contracts which require employees to work under unseen pressure and to make production that create big impact on the quality of service. When you are pushed into the corner, you won't care about quality, it is your survival in question and you start cutting corners and making crap.
