Pros

Off and paid most major holidays, no forced overtime although it is occasionally offered,

Cons

This company boasts on being a cutting edge technology company, but uses outdated equipment that is constantly breaking down and piecing said outdated back together with other broken equipment. Management is a huge presence, at least 8 managers with just as many, if not more, supervisors for a warehouse of less than 200 employees. This company is more worried about a strict attendance policy than they are providing their employees with equipment that would allow them to do their jobs efficiently and effectively. The pay is low average for warehouse work in the area and completely not worth the hassle of the job. This warehouse is not climate controlled and extremely hot and humid even in comparison to other non temperate controlled warehouses. Basically if you can find employment elsewhere you will be better off doing so.

Pros

Paycheck never bounced and they all cleared.

Cons

Abandon all hope and realize what you are walking into. This isn't a company that cares about you or anything other than the families vacation homes and their children's educational status. The people running the company never worked on the floor and never worked their way up. They graduated and were gifted a title over 100s if not 1000s of people. They will have un-realistic goals for you or your facility. They will promise the customers the lowest cost but not realize what it takes to make that happen. They will sell them a solution before its even developed. They will incentivize managers who lose money and Nickle and Dime the ones who perform. You may be lucky and be in a branch that doesn't have a family vacation home near it and they never will visit. If you upset them, don't put them down as a previous employer. They will sabotage your future career. They will buy expensive things and abandon them while haggling you over a competitive wage. They are stuck in the 1980s where you just chewed up people and spit them out. They will eek every ounce of production out of you and never invest in you as an employee. There is no formal training, just OTJ. There is no development. If you follow them on linked in, look at how much of their "Marketing" material includes a family member. Look for diversity. Look at how much trust their is. The most telling to me is the reviews on here. Have you ever noticed that all of the positive reviews are the minimum 5 word answers and most of the negative ones describe something that is sad and desperate? There are good people on the floor, but they are stuck. They are in a niche job that won't doesn't seem (to them) that they can ever transfer.
