      Pros

      If you are really desperate for a job so you can pay your bills, then work at CTDI until you can find something better. Then get the hell out as fast as you can.

      Cons

      Idiot management. No tools, no supplies, no work statement, no documentation, noisy environment, no telephone, no communication, no support, no help of any kind.

      Quick hiring process by staffing agency,Direct deposit,competitive,weekly compensation. No pressure to work past shift schedule. Indoors,climate-controlled.

      Cons

      Have to hit the ground running, with inadequate training. If you're not able to handle monkey-see, monkey-do, you,re gonna struggle at first. Pack your lunch.Leave your cell phone in the car. Bring your A game. Forget about promotions, atta-boys, and socializing with intelligent co-workers.
