      Was a great learning experience.

      Pros

      Great place to work and coworkers were great to work with.Was able to learn different aspects of many different positions.My mangers was very good boss.

      The communication could of been a little better between the different departments. I guess that would hold true with any company.

      Pros

      none- unless you're family member, or have a good buddy connected to management.

      Cons

      two different cultures exist here, the insiders, and the outsiders. Insiders have job security, and outsiders are on borrowed time as of your first work day. Seniority means nothing here.

      Pros

      Plenty of work - you can't complain that you have nothing to do as you have more than enough work to keep you busy.

      Cons

      Unreasonable workload; no support from management; no formal review process; lousy benefits (low salary, minimal time off). CTDI is so desperate to please companies that they service that they won't hesitate to throw their own employees under the bus. The management style can be best described as chaotic. You get sense that there is no plan beyond acquiring more business. I would not return to CTDI even if they were to double my salary.
