They don’t inform you about a lot of stuff especially if they claim they gonna give you bonuses. When I got hired I was told by 3 higher ups that I WILL be receiving a 1500 sign on bouns. They said after 30 days I will get $500. And after 90 I will receive the rest. After my 30 days passed informed our ambassador that I never received it . She emailed Hr and told me a list of ANDs,IFs, OR BUTS. They want you not not have a single emergency and be at work the whole 90 days. On time never late. I was upset because I was never informed about the and , it’s , or buts . I come to work almost everyday and do 12 hr shifts. I missed two days because of REAL emergency. They didn’t look at all the times I came in to help . They just said I wasn’t qualified for it. They sent a hr person on the floor I talked to her about it and she said she will help me and for me to email her. I emailed her and never heard back from her. Also they said we get monthly raises and I been there almost 90 days and haven’t gotten a bonus. Like I said it’s very misleading because they claim these good things that could really help out their employees that actually work good and just that little bit that they claim they will give might be able to help their employees who actually need that little bit of help. The job is easy and has potential to be a great job. Just stop promising offers that can’t keep
