Pros

There weren't many pros to this place. You get to sit down I guess that's one if you are repairing phones.

Cons

The phone quota went from 22 phones a day to 60 within 3 weeks. They got rid of a manager for not enforcing the new phone change. The supervisor in my department was awful. They did not reply to my emails and they chastised people for talking and working. It felt very oppressive to work here. They messed up my pay and sign-on bonuses on my first paycheck

Pros

Work is engaging, requires problem-solving.

Cons

Managers hire people when there is not enough work available for those already employed. Hence, the new hires (who left stable jobs to join CTDI) are let go after only a month on the job.
