      Thank you for acknowledging our excellent salary and benefits packages. We want to be competitive in these areas because we very much value the work of our employees and credit our continued success to the members of our work teams throughout the company. While business needs do require us to make tough decisions sometimes concerning our labor needs in order to keep the company healthy , overall we have a very stable and positive work environment where our employees are valued and rewarded.

      There are consistent hours. Paychecks are paid weekly. Benefits are okay.

      Cons

      I didn't feel valued working here. Supervisors often pushed the blame on us collectively even though there was no evidence we had anything to do with it. There is no organization, safety is not valued, and human resources is hard to reach. The higher-ups do not care about warehouse associates at all. The longer I worked here, the more I realized it was a detriment to my overall health and career growth.
