Pros
- Employees are expected to think outside the box. Nothing is sacred, the company is constantly evolving and finding new ways to improve efficiency. - Focus is on parametric designing and using programming to automate anything and everything. - Questions and critique are welcomed, but negativity is not
Cons
- If you want a conventional 9-5 job, look elsewhere. - Programmers and engineers alike are expected to get their hands dirty. There is an expectation that you understand the product and how it is manufactured. While not a con, this puts a lot of people outside their comfort zone.
