Pros

The company truly cares about it's people and its clients. Management makes an effort to get to know the employees and keep us informed.

Pros

They "seem" very friendly and supportive at first.

Cons

The pay is low for the industry and the benefits are not that great. At first management is supportive and just tells you what you want to hear. The owners are all college friends and they are just out for themselves. They do not care about their employees. They just want to "appear" that they do.

-Got to work with an array of technologies -Had internal training -Fun group to work with

Cons

-Management Drama -Little oversight (felt left alone on complicated projects with no one to turn to) -Sometimes projects had proprietary software and skills which do not transfer
