      Poor management

      Pros

      Good schedule, plenty of OT, okay medical dental vision and 401k

      Cons

      TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT, TERRIBLE PTO, only get 1 week PTO the entire year, only give positions to the favorite, aggressive environment, favorites are allowed to destroy private company property like computer and such with NO repercussions, management turns a blind eye on misconduct, management does not care at all about the well fare of employees only wants to turn over engines, stressful high pace environment and they don’t even pay to the scale of aircraft mechanic should be making.

      Pros

      The people are quite likeable and friendly when you get to know them. It is very easy to start in this company.

      Cons

      Management is absolutely terrible. Too many chiefs not enough Indians. Low wages have lead to people leaving in mass. The merger of sick days and PTO does not properly compensate for the loss of having two separate forms of time off. Lots of office political gamesmanship. Favorites are very much noticed.

      - Opportunity to grow - Ok pay - Great Benefits, especially Health Insurance. - Nice Work environment

      Cons

      - Management needs improvement, it feels they don't have the right mix yet. - Competitive pay ( they are losing valuable workers because of that). - Infrastructure needs improvement (storage, Better parts tracking system). - Continuous training program.
