Knowledgable coworkers are willing to teach you and train as long as willing to learn. Half of 1 hour lunch is paid. Overtime opportunities.

Management needs to hold employees to higher standards, alot of dead weight bringing the morale down.

Great place to work in aviation, really good experience, excellent schedule for day shift, a lot of OT, you can learn a lot starting in aviation here.

Cons

Can be difficult to find directions when you’ve done a job for the first time, tooling is difficult to come by when it’s busy but production is still expected.
