Pros
Have all the tools in place to provide a superior service for clients. They also have a solid offering to provide long term freight payment solutions.
Cons
Upper management who have been in place for over a decade are simply yes men who are too dependent on their jobs to provide honest input to solve problems for long term growth. Owner purposely tanks processes for short term monetary gain. Clients with skilled analysts can find success but there always remains the possibility for errors due to band- aid fixes. Late payments to carriers creates discord between clients and their analysts.
