Pros

They give you the classes and tools necessary to advance your knowledge of the trade. They are a very organized company

Cons

They pay a decent wage but you will never advance thru the ranks to the upper positions or make you can independently.

Pros

Truly a freight payment only company. They do have some technology functions but core is freight audit and payment. Good place to learn the freight industry from the numbers perspective and how pricing works. Storied history so they have a decent customer base Getting to work with a lot of technology driven minds was the major pro

Cons

Minimal growth opportunity as some of the management has been there a very long time Politics can be overwhelming at times and interfere with good products Benefits were awful and healthcare costs astronomical. Do not work here if you have a single income and family otherwise 75% of your pay goes to insurance.
