Pros

Truly a freight payment only company. They do have some technology functions but core is freight audit and payment. Good place to learn the freight industry from the numbers perspective and how pricing works. Storied history so they have a decent customer base Getting to work with a lot of technology driven minds was the major pro

Cons

Minimal growth opportunity as some of the management has been there a very long time Politics can be overwhelming at times and interfere with good products Benefits were awful and healthcare costs astronomical. Do not work here if you have a single income and family otherwise 75% of your pay goes to insurance.

Loyal workforce but owner sabotages his own company for short term gains.

Pros

Have all the tools in place to provide a superior service for clients. They also have a solid offering to provide long term freight payment solutions.

Cons

Upper management who have been in place for over a decade are simply yes men who are too dependent on their jobs to provide honest input to solve problems for long term growth. Owner purposely tanks processes for short term monetary gain. Clients with skilled analysts can find success but there always remains the possibility for errors due to band- aid fixes. Late payments to carriers creates discord between clients and their analysts.
