Strong collaboration, Respectful Environment, Employees Are Valued, Psychological Safety allows for candid conversations, Leadership that values growing their people and building on their (our) strengths. This organization is ready to move to the next level of greatness and utilizes staff input to lean into developing a better product and a better partnership.
Cons
Processes and Procedures are not yet clearly defined. Training time and material is minimal. The organization is in process of developing these items but currently relies heavily on tribal knowledge.

Pros
The corporate philosophy and mission are incredible. The right people are now on the bus, and the building and shaping that is required in order to level-up has begun. There is an incredible wealth of talent and passion on the team. Collectively we have the potential to build something truly tremendous!
Cons
They've struggled from taking the start-up to the next level...until now. Churn at the top has led to a lack of trust and value resulting in prior toxic culture remnants.
