Pros

A very energetic hiring manager Karey. She's good and helpful. She's new but who knows for how long she'll last. Those 2 stars for her only.

Cons

It is still 2004 for the company top management. They are looking for an innovation, but not willing to listen to what their employees offer in terms of development and so on. 1. Turnover is ridiculous. 2. Interview process is easy but not clear. 3. They just don't know where to go.
