Pros

honestly, the money wasnt good, the Benifits werent great, upper management was out of touch, we didnt even have a store manager for 9 months, i was writing the schedule by hand, gave my early 20's to CVS. they fired me when i asked one of my employees if he wanted to do some work or go home. (you know, sort of a managers job) and he sucker punched me, instead of leading a real full investigation, cvs just... washed their hands of the entire situation citing a camera that was facing literally. the wrong damn direction.

Cons

yea. a lot, theres not much good i have to say 3 years in, they really used me up (one point i was putting in 80 hours a week when my boss was in the building 1 day) and hung me out to dry instead of doing the BARE minimum. Seriously dissapointed but hey "Got heart"?

Run, Don’t Walk………. Away

Pros

You get paid? But that’s legitimately the only pro.

Cons

One of the by far, the WORST companies I have ever worked for. It’s very clear that this company is for profit but they should at least sugarcoat it and PRETEND to care for the employees but corporate can’t even do the bare minimum meanwhile employees are being exhausted and used as much as they can for as little pay as possible. Between being the only one on register, while packing ship-to-store orders, fixing the ACOs every 5 minutes, and doing planograms or cosmetic resets all at the same time is beyond ridiculous for the amount of pay. Employees are essentially treated like rats being chased by a cat their whole shift. Especially if they have an upper management team member who does not step up to the plate and sits in the office all day.
