Pros
My store manager was great, as was my group of coworkers. I never had any major issues that required going any higher than my boss. My hours were flexible and they always worked around my college schedule, and the pay was the best I had in any similar work.
Cons
I really didn't have any cons, except that hourly positions in general tend to be not terribly fulfilling.
