      Medical Benefits are great but very expensive Store discount

      Very Low pay Family comes last, you need to be single if you are considering a career at CVS High work load and tasks Unorganized Company Unrealistic budget goals that fades a way any opportunity for yearly sales bonuses, which demotivate managers.

      Great benefits package especially on prescriptions

      Cons

      Don't care about store management. Work like dogs. Get paid 45 hours usually work at least 5 to 10 hours more because of hours budget constraints

      Great pay ($55/hr in TN for floater), do not take work home, floating is nice because any problems are never truly your problems.

      Cons

      NO LUNCH, no breaks for pharmacists, drive thru is awful, too many phone calls. We're now calling patients whose prescriptions are out of refills and asking them if they want us to contact their doctors. Really? Why not just contact and keep them on hold when we hear back? You could luck out with a great tech or have a day with a new/bad one. Having a tech who is not on top of things will ruin your day. Surveys are rated 0-5 by patients, but any rating other than 5 is considered 0.
