Senior management is a joke. Half of them are not pharmacists. If you haven't filled a prescription before, how can you tell me to do my job? Technology is dated and better at rival companies. CVS is only numbers driven. Get the numbers and you are not hassled. All stores are treated the same no matter where they are.

It's a typical large corporation...the executive management team sits behind their desks, giving orders to management, while collecting large paychecks and bonuses. The supervisors and HR staff who work at this location are all good; however, they're trained to work for the executives, rather than work with employees, which is why they send great employees out the door, wasting time, effort, energy, and money on both, the employer's and employee's behalf. I digress.
