      Pros

      Can begin to build a retail career. Depending on the store manager/district manager, the shift supervisor position varies from glorified cashier to real manager in training. No consistency. Can be a positive experience with good crew and management.

      Cons

      Company does not support its employees. Blame for deficiencies passed around like the plague. Support is not available for the amount of work necessary-not remotely close. Many aspects of corporate management are outright disgustingly inappropriate and evaluations and terminations seem to be based on a personal like or dislike rather than performance and established policy.

      Pros

      Are you in high school? This may be the job for you as long as you do not stay for too long. Otherwise, just don't bother.

      Cons

      Miniscule raises,continually increased responsibilities, no benefits at all for part time employees, pathetic discount, and you will probably be subjected to a TSA-esque search at the end of your shift that you will not be compensated for.

      great company, great pay, awesome benefits,great place to work,great employees,wonderful upper management,advancement oppertunitys,great products,best reward card in the industry and we started it all.

      Cons

      too much workload,not enough staff to complete the task assigned to your store, to much theft due to less staff.
