Good Insurance, Offer Vacation, Pharmacists are Amazing, Chance to bond with customers, easy to use computer system, many locations nationally
Cons
poor overall management of the company, SSS scores are based on customer perception not actual performance, a drive-thru window, holidays are not observed in 24 hour stores yet CEO and other management do not work holidays, health insurance is getting slightly worse each year, even though you work around people with illnesses you do not get flexible sick time without many questions about why you have missed work, maternity leave policy for a company in a health care field is not a great policy (6 weeks of leave doesn't really seem like much), overall pay rate for techs is not great for what we deal with on a daily basis, technicians are basically seen as "disposable" employees even though according to pharmacists we are an invaluable part of their job
