Pros

Work from Home; work life balance is good if you don't use OT to compensate for low pay

Cons

Constantly ignored by leads/supervisors. Very low raise/pay; micromanagement in a way detrimental to performance and health such as marked as idle time < 1 min based on keystroke/mouse clicks even if on a call & penalized for bathroom breaks 6min or longer without MDO note; unrealistic expectations of performance ex: # calls and tasks; unclear procedures that vary based on who you ask. Staff are not told (or are told incorrectly) that they do not qualify for internet reimbursement. I don't see even long-time staff receiving promotions in name or pay, only responsibility. Poor quality of training. No 401k match until 1y. No time off around holidays available to be requested off.
