Pros

The Managers are really down to earth and very supportive and respectful of you life outside the job. The people you work with actually care about you because they see the job has more of a Team effort than and individuals doing and they don't like that balance broking becasue it works very well to satisfy the employees and the customers.

Cons

you are on your feet the whole day to a point that you literally start developing leg muscle that you forgot or never knew was there, its not really a down side but it does take a week or two to get used to. Hint: Where comfortable shoes and Dr. Scholls foot pads will not kill you.

Pros

They treat us with respect and allow us to give our input regarding the store. The management team makes you feel like you're part of a family and provide you with support,

Cons

When closing, you get out kind of late. We are supposed to work until 12:00 but constantly end up leaving the store until 12:45.
