Pros

It is good in the end but they refuse to compensate well.

Cons

varrious. The biggest is that the compensation is not keeping up with where it should be. We did not recieve raises last year and this year the pool is less than 2%. This is an insult in a year that we have had strong gains as a total business.

Pros

The pay scale for a manager in training is better than some other companies pay their store managers. Other than that......well there is nothing good about the company

Cons

My first day of work I was put on the floor alone and had no register training to speak of. The shifts are crazy, i had to close to at 11pm and be back in to empty the truck at 4:30 am..........

Pros

401k benefits package ESPP flexible schedule fortune 500 company retirement package paid vacation unlimited sick leave good regional management fun work environment

Cons

There are a few cons to working for upper retail management. the main issue is the amount of time spent working, while the typical work week is 40 hours, many times you will spend 45 or more working on your own time. Personal life does take a back seat in these types of rolls.
