Pros

They have decent benefits I suppose.

Cons

This company doesn't care about it's employees and they're very unethical. Just an example...I was a supervisor and my store manager got yelled at by corporate when she referred to an employee as a great worker and had also told the employee personally. Corporate said that you are to NEVER praise an employee on a job well done because that might make the employee feel more valuable and they might ask for a raise. I have several more. I despise this company!

Pros

-Friendly Co-workers -Getting paid -Having a job -Some benefits

Cons

-Bad communication between corporate and employees. BIG TIME. -They give you such a hard time for your few cents per hour raise. Pay is terrible. -You can say the 20%/30% employee discount is nonexistent since everything is put on sale or marked "buy more and save," all of which are excluded from employee discounts. -The extra side work. Oh don't get me started. Harassing the heck out of customers with phone calls (PCQ, calls for refills, calls to pick up, express scripts calls, automated calls, seasonal allergy calls, the notes, cards, begging and annoying them to get vaccinated, getting blamed and cussed out by them, not enough hours/bodies to get all that crap done, and the answer from district managers? "You're not working hard enough"............. -The modules that nobody reads anymore (pass the answer sheet around). -Employees are considered the biggest thieves and biggest threat to the company. Getting searched like criminals by the door AFTER CLOCKING OUT THEN WAITING 10, 15, 20 MINUTES FOR THE ONLY FRONT STORE EMPLOYEE PRESENT TO FINISH RINGING UP THE TWELVE CUSTOMERS SO HE/SHE CAN COME TO PAT YOU DOWN IN FRONT OF THE CUSTOMERS AS THEY SET OFF THE SECURITY DOOR ALARM WHILE WALKING OUT AND GETTING TOLD "OH YOU'RE FINE" THEN CONTINUING TO SEARCH THE EMPLOYEE. -Zero attention or recognition for when you do get good "scores" and "numbers" on SOS, SSS, Execution, KPM, Target vs Actual scripts/sales, I know there's more I can't think of. But endless scolding when you are short a few. -And that is not even the half of it (for pharmacy). God bless the front store employees who have to play cashier, photo center representative, answer calls, put up merchandise, cleaning, and loss prevention when he/she is the only front store employee in the building.
