      They invest in you, give you help/training to move up.

      everything is at high standard so if you can't handle this, it might be stressful.

      CVS has great benifits. Will usually work with your outside schedule

      Like every other company they are looking out for the overall budget...work hours may be cut and work load increased.

      Pros

      You have the chance to learn a lot if your store is busy.

      Cons

      You need to always hustle to get things done. Patients are always rude which you can't change. Management is always behind you to push you to work harder to earn points for the store, which can add stress to what is already busy. I started out with $10.50 with no experience but I have a license. Then I got pumped up to $13.50 a couple months later when I got in Rx school. Lead techs and Pharmacists can be rude sometmes when they are stressed.
