The pay is ridiculous. The security sucks (if your store is deemed dangerous enough to have it). DMs will put you on suspension and never call you back. This is how they terminate you! and you can get terminated just because " we need some new faces around here" WOW!!! Shift Supervisors do just as much as the AMs and SMs but get paid only a fraction of what they do. There is no consistency in the schedules.

They are hell bent on keeping a minimum of people at full-time eligibility. To qualify for holiday pay, sick days, vacation pay, or health insurance you must be full time. To be coded as full time you must have and average of 32+ SCHEDULED hours for a rolling 90-day period. Meaning a part-timer picking up shifts is wasting their time and when the managers "forget" to load a schedule into the system, reaching these unrealistic requirements becomes impossible.
