      Pros

      I really feel the best reason to work for CVS is the calibur of the people I work with at store level. We're all in the same boat, and regardless of what comes down from upper management we all know we can rely on each other to make it through. If youre lucky enough to have a good crew to work with and good friends around you, you will overcome the obsticles you face.

      Cons

      The major downfall as I see it is you are constantly under big brother watch, by this I mean yoy are on a timer for all you do, and it does not take into consideration many variables. You can be the most productive employee ever, and still fall short on one of many reports tracking your every motion. CVS puts major emphasis on customer feedback via call in surveys. Let's be honest here most people don't answer surveys unless they are not satisfied,You can please 100 customers and all it takes to fail is 1 unhappy person. Lets be real people, some customers complain to get a phone call and gift certificate in these hard economic times!

      Pros

      The discount isn't all that bad. You can meet some really nice people who are kind hearted individuals.

      Cons

      They expect you to bend over backwards for CVS. You really only remember the Bad customers, its sad. Horrible return policy, customer walks all over you. My district manager didn't care about me or anyone I know. Horrible upper management. Look out for yourself kind of job. My interview stated "we accept new ideas that is how our company is sucessfull." I did that and was basically demoted and then not aloud to be promoted again. As a supervisor I made 1 dollar more than a beauty girl.
