      Pros

      It's great that CVS is a free stand store that allow lots of creativity in increasing sales. Great pay, flexible schedules, and its a 24 hour store.

      Cons

      Management (some) need to respect staffs, and communications need to be more clear. Some store need a system to operate, and some manager needs to work!

      Pros

      Flexible hours, decent pay, once you are licensed its easy to get/hold job, they are located everywhere so if you move it isn't too difficult to find another to work in

      Cons

      Usually understaffed which leads to overworked, has initiatives to push more prescriptions on people - seems like they are more interested in selling medication than simply supplying it to those who really need it.
