      Big company, career advancement opporotunities. Solid financials aside from big debt due to aquisitions.

      Cons

      Sometimes has silly initiatives which require a lot of time, but for which you recieve no extra support hours.

      Pros

      They are very flexible with scheduling which is very important to me as a student as well as an active member in the community. They also create a very relaxed inviting atmosphere for employees. One thing that I found to be awesome about this company is all of the little benefits that they offer such as discount wireless service and discount tickets to theme parks.

      Cons

      There really isn't much available unless you are a full time employee as far as benefits are concerned. Even if you work full time hours, you do not get credit as a full time employee.

      Job Security. Top retail pharmacy in the country.

      Cons

      Red tape, poor corporate communication, illegal payroll practices, unsupportive management, no advancement opportunities. Frequent minor violations. Safety violations, ADA violations. Expensive, and poorly administered health plans. Employees are forced to use CVS to fill prescriptions. Arbitrary increases to prescription copays in excess of 80%. Imbalanced pay structure. Workplace that frequently violates FLSA regulations, FMLA standards, OSHA regulations.
