      Pros

      Several opportunities to grow and learn. The benefits are decent, several levels of medical insurance to choose from. Great culture and quality systems.

      Cons

      All base pays are very low. Growing within the company has it's limitations. You can't stay at the company for a long time and have competitive pay. There are several limitations on pay scale from role to role, or moving within the company. Salaries do not keep up with the cost of living. You have to work, learn, grow...then leave. They'll hire a lesser experienced individual for the pay you should have been at in the role you left. If you're not at an executive level, almost everyone is underpaid. They want to keep you...and underpay you.
