Business Outlook
Pros
Decent pay for store managers and chance for yearly bonus, decent benefits and 401k. Wish I could say more but this company is only worried about making a profit. They aren't worried about how they treat their employees.
Cons
Ridiculous amount of hours for salaried workers & not enough hours to give to the rest of the store, unreasonable expectations, not enough training, people get thrown into positions they aren't ready for, district managers take advantage of their good employees and move them all over to clean up the messes that poorly trained store managers made
