Pros

No pros besides really forces you to develop critical thinking skills, and people skills all from communicating with patients who have 0 clue about anything to MD's and PA's.

Cons

Overworked, no hours for overtime, high churn due to this.

Pros

Strong team collaboration and valuable hands-on experience. Exposure to high prescription volume improves efficiency and multitasking skills. Good foundation for learning insurance processing, immunizations, and patient communication.

Cons

High workload and staffing shortages can lead to stress. Metrics and performance expectations sometimes feel prioritized over patient interaction.

Pros

Stable employment. Nice people. Good to work on healthcare.

Cons

We often worked on projects that were not connected to the strategy. Some of them made no financial sense and were at the whim of the Senior Director on our team.
