Pros

- Everything is procedural - Difficult to make mistakes - Coworkers can be very nice (depending on location)

Cons

- Corporate micromanages - Not everyone is aware or up to date on healthcare law so patients will be told one thing by a coworker which could be very wrong = annoyed patient when they can't get a medication - Hours are allocated to the bare minimum for each store, sometimes not even enough for the volume of the store.

Pros

Flexibility in the role, able to hire in some positions with experience rather than degree

Cons

Merit increases in pay do not exceed cost of living. MIP bonus theoretically would compensate for the lack of raise, but is subject to company performance

Pros

I cannot think of anything besides that fact that you're doing meaningful work

Cons

They do not care about their employees at all They claim to be patient centered but dont provide stores with enough hours to be adequately staffed so patients prescriptions aren't getting done in time and then you get yelled at Instead of using their billions to fix this issue, they decided to use their money to put cameras on every computer and every register at every cvs
