Pros
- Good healthcare benefits - Decent pay - Work life balance - I had a great team - My role was remote and we occasionally fly into Woonsocket to have team meetings. - It's weird to say this as a pro, but they have a good layoff policy. It's not fun, but they do their best to make sure you're taken care of.
Cons
- Layoff galore - Depending on what you do, it's hard to get the projects that will allow you to make an impact. If you can't make an impact, you're the first to be let go even if you're team is down people. - Growth opportunity was hard as well. Falls in the same category as above. You have to be able to make an impact. - Not everyone gets marketing dollars and resources, some teams just are going to do better. - Didn't get full bonus because I didn't get in front of leadership enough to speak. Not something that I can control, since I wasn't given the projects that had investment behind it.
