There is the most unhealthy work/life balance due to unrealistic expectations. IT Management and PMO Management use bullying, intimidation and harassment to drive results. It is not sustainable and causes high turnover. CVS claims to put value on cultures and values, but as a salaried employee, you can work 95 hours a week every week and fall ill and then need to cut into your own personal time (when you are not making a 6 figure salary).

They hire anyone that will settle for the ridiculous hourly rate of $13.00 an hour. They promise growth and advancement, but only advance the most pathetic, uneducated and brown-nosers of the bunch. The supervisors are the blind leading the blind, and they all give cookie cutter answers while never solving the problem at hand. They show favoritism to those who don’t deserve it, and overlook and abuse the most reliable employees.
