Low Pay - Good Benefits

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Work-From-Home, Good Health Care and Fair, but Comprehensive Benefits

Cons

Management catagorically less educated (GED) and experienced than the workforce they supervise (PharmD). Perhaps CVS/Caremark's strategy is to purposely not have critical thinkers question nonsensical metrics. Quantity over Quality, inspite of errors and harm caused to patients. Management with mere GED's don't know any better. And because they are "The Boss" don't listen to the workforce filled with educated Pharmacists and others with Bachelors and PhDs.

They Lie

Pros

The remote work is good, they send you great equipment, have decent benefits, But beyond that ... run.

Cons

Warning to anyone in the Specialty Division of the company - they are gonna lie to you in the interview. They are moving the roles around, adding duties and having no pay raise. The metrics - are always raising and almost ridiculous. Favoritism. Do not get sick, never ever get sick and DO NOT CALL OFF. Honestly I was so excited to work there but I am absolutely disappointed.

not worth it

Pros

Getting to work morning shifts like 6-2pm nice managers

Cons

By yourself , rude customers have no respect for no one, expected to do millions of things by yourself with no help. Just no all for little pay.
