      Good send off package and chance to look for a new job. I can now buy that carriage clock I've always wanted for my mantle piece.

      The building at Glandor is empty, no one turns up any more. They won't let me in for a cup of Tetley tea.

      Good work environment. Everyone is very relaxed and people are friendly. Meetings are very brief and there is no pressure. No competition.

      Cons

      Not much growth. there is no competitive environment. I was only an intern and the the work became so monotonous. One needs to enter at a high level in order to do something worthwhile and important.
