      Customers have carte blanche to be openly bigoted and abusive to you. The leadership team will throw you under the bus.

      Pros

      Most of the customers are really nice. Some of the co-workers are friendly and others like the Pharmacists can take a lesson from the nice ones. SOME management team members work really hard while others abuse the title and use it to delegate their job duties given to them by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to the other employees.

      Cons

      Over worked and under paid. Constantly getting hours cut. Pushed into learning Pharmacy. Never enough coverage. My last raise was very insulting, I considered it a slap in the face. Registers and/or pinads are constantly freezing or breaking down. The equipment is old and needs to be updated. Management needs to stop the favoritism, for example when making the schedule, some people never have to close and they DO NOT have a second job or little kids at home!! No Medical Insurance offered until you have worked 30 hrs a week for a FULL YEAR, which they make impossible because they are always cutting hours!!!!
