Pros

Flexibility with schedule when convenient for them- they gave me a hard time about attending my high school prom, but they allowed me to attend college courses with no issues

Cons

Very closely micromanaged, when management was unhappy they would cut your hours off the schedule instead of addressing problems, cliquey

Pros

Nice pay and benefits, very understanding of needing time off for Family issues and injuries.

Cons

If you are a moderately attractive female and are friendly and get hit on or sexually harassed, the managers tend to ignore it and tell you to get over it, no matter how lewd it gets.
