Pros

Free prescriptions were really nice

Cons

No support of any kind. No training. Constant expectations of knowledge without training. Berating by managers. No acknowledgement of accomplishments. Coworkers were just as unhappy and unsupportive because of culture.

So bad... so bad

Pros

your co workers and sometimes managers are nice and sometimes helpful... discounts are somewhat decent. Not much other than that.

Cons

Not great if you want to grow in your career. Old technology and no "budget" for learning new things. Everyone one is insanely overworked Expect calls at all hours of the day because of the offshore teams Expect to learn how to do things the wrong way.. and the old way.
