Terrible company, no interest in their staff

Absolutely none what so ever

Cons

No interest in staff, no support and down right unhelpful people at head office. contracts are generic and Leaves you open to allowing them to do anything they like with regards to hours, location and shifts. No care or support for overworked staff. Clawing back money for training if you leave within 12 months......just not right.

Constant review of performance , maximising profits on the excuse of being proactive , bullying a daily practise on lower staff (nurses , receptionists, junior vets) Nurses being employed to manage Vets infusing fear with staff to achieve larger profits and climb the ladder
