Pros

I feel that being part of the CVS group has offered lots more opportunities for me as an RVN. There is so much support and I like being connected to other veterinary services with helpful resources and organised leadership and management. Working with HR, head office and recruitment have been great too.

Connectivity and computer system are outdated and slow

Always aim to make a happy working atmosphere, happy to invest in training and equipment. Always looking to move forwards. Better pay than average, good vehicles etc.

Three are good opportunities in the company for someone who is willing to take on a management role and approach it with an open mind

There is a tendency for the company to lack a long term strategy and this can have implications for people who have been working in the practices which have been acquired and make change difficult for them
