Pros
There are some good people that work at CW IT Support, I wouldn't consider the Owner / CEO one of them. Working for the IT Help Desk is likely the best position in the org as you can work with a solid SDM who cares about his team as well as a team with some great individuals on it.
Cons
The CEO Brian Satz has such severe shiny object syndrome that he plays games with people's livelihoods. Making offers to get people to switch jobs and even move to North Carolina to be closer to his business. He will then terminate them rapidly for no reason other than he doesn't know how to utilize or manage the talent he brought on for his teams.
