Thank you for sharing this feedback. While we are happy to hear you enjoyed the benefits at CWS and felt there are great opportunities for networking, we are disappointed to hear you do not feel our pay is competitive and is paired with long hours. We try our best to offer competitive pay and incentives to our employees and our leadership team evaluates them regularly. Additionally, the Leasing Consultant position is a full-time job, which requires 40 hours of work per week. For any employee feeling they work more than they should, I would recommend speaking with your direct manager. We appreciate the advice you provided, and we will share your feedback with leadership.
