      Pros

      I love CWS because they encourage employees on all levels to speak up with positive and constructive feedback. Employees are treated as people and not just another number. Salaries are extremely competitive and the new bonus structure can be achieved at any position. The benefits are great. We are encouraged and supported to volunteer our team in our communities.

      Cons

      The onboarding / training process needs to be more in depth and structured - which is currently working on being improved.

While we are happy to hear you were pleased with our benefits, we are disappointed to hear you felt you worked long hours. The Leasing Consultant position is a full-time job, which requires 40 hours of work per week. For any employee feeling they work more than they should, I would recommend speaking with your direct manager. Thank you!
