The Seattle market and properties have been mis-managed for years. They constantly chose the wrong leadership from Regional Directors to Property Managers when staffing this team. They do not support their Seattle employees. A key indicator was that any employees from other markets did not fair well when they transferred to this market and usually quit within a month. The management they did keep in place did not lift their staff up and did not allow for growth opportunities. They also notoriously short-staff Seattle communities with 1 person per community, so do not work here if you don't like working alone in small offices!
