Apparel pay card (but you pay 1/2).

Cons

mgnt gossips too much, low pay commissions, clicked up, too much sleeping with each other, focus too much on shop scores. high benefits, too much drinking social events (without designated drivers). Company does not care about good employees only if your friends with them and go to strip clubs. Horrible mgnt and low pay.

Pros

Sundays off unless low occupancy. Leasing office is nice.

Cons

Lots of hard work for 8+ hours, little pay for all of the effort. "Bonus - commissions" were almost nothing. Lots of turnover at all levels in the community. Lack of resident care due to turnover, always trying to fix a problem or complaint because promises made by management to residents were not upheld.
