      Pros

      Very ethical company. Great training programs - You're always learning something new! Leasing Specialist job is both challenging and rewarding There are also a lot of incentives to working with CWS. They are a great company to work for and they really value their employees.

      Cons

      There can be long hours some days/weeks

      Pros

      Everything about the company is great including the benefits and the management. You will be very satisfied to work for them.

      Cons

      So far there hasn't been any cons other than the very long hiring process but other than that it's been very pleasant.
